The Large Grey Babbler is found throughout the Indian subcontinent. They are usually seen in small groups and are easily distinguished from other babblers by their large appearance, whitish outer feathers of their long tail and deep nasal calls. They can be spotted foraging on or close to the ground, hopping and leaping in search of prey.
