The Stork-billed Kingfisher is a large Kingfisher when compared to its cousins. It is distributed in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei. The Stork-billed Kingfisher has a large red stork-like bill and so its name.
